The Exhibit Hall will be a major component of the Conference experience for all attendees from Tuesday, May 20 – Thursday, May 22. The Conference program has been designed to maximize the opportunities for attendees to visit the exhibit hall to see the latest robotics technologies and products and network with exhibitors. Exhibit Space Rental
(Available in Increments of 10' x 10')
- Standard Booth Rental is $45.00 per sq. ft. before December 31, 2024 ($48.00 per sq. ft. after).
- Initial booth assignments will begin on July 1. Please indicate your top 3 preferred booth locations in Step 4 on the application. A surcharge of $500 per open side will apply for Inline Corner Booth locations.
- Start-up Booth Rental $2,500 (limited to one 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth)
For companies that have incorporated within 24 months of the conference date. Must provide incorporation certificate. Includes exhibit booth with pipe and drape construction, one (1) 6’-draped table with two chairs, ID sign, waste container, and one (1) Exhibitor Personnel Pass.
