Train Station (Amtrak)

Getting Around Atlanta

Atlanta offers several public transportation options to navigate the city and its surrounding areas:

MARTA operates Atlanta’s primary public transportation system, which includes buses and trains:

MARTA Rail includes four rail lines: Red, Gold, Blue, and Green. Key stations include Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Five Points, and Midtown. The rail connects major destinations like downtown, Buckhead, and the airport.

MARTA Bus offers over 90 bus routes serving Atlanta and nearby suburbs. Buses connect neighborhoods to rail stations and other areas.

Atlanta Streetcar

A 2.7-mile loop connecting major downtown attractions like Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site.

The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) in Atlanta offers several parking options to accommodate visitors. Here are the primary parking facilities:

  • Red Deck: Located at 103 Mangum Street, this is the preferred parking option for many visitors. You can reserve event parking through ParkMobile.
  • Blue Lot: Situated near the GWCC, this lot provides convenient access to the center.
  • Yellow Lot: Another nearby option offering ample parking spaces for attendees.
  • Green Deck: Located across the street from Centennial Olympic Park, it’s ideal for events in that area.
  • Silver Deck: Provides additional parking spaces and is in proximity to the GWCC.
  • Gold Deck: Offers parking options close to Building C of the GWCC.
