Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a graduate student, undergraduate student, or staff at an academic institution (preference to institutions in locations that simplify logistics, e.g., Canada, USA).
- Be able to cover the additional expenses related to your ICRA 2025 participation (e.g., travel and lodging).
- Be available between May 19 and May 23, 2025.
- Be able to volunteer for at least 8 hours in a single shift or spread within multiple days.

Application deadline: April 22, 2025 (23:59:59 ET).
Acceptance notification: April 28, 2025.
