Call for Robots - ICRA Expo 2025
The International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2025 is thrilled to announce the second iteration of ICRA EXPO! A great opportunity for researchers and innovators in the field of robotics for showcasing your cutting-edge robotic research through live demonstrations in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Features
- Inclusive Opportunity: ICRA Expo is open to everyone. This is your chance to shine in the world of robotics!
- Demo Spaces: Secure your space at ICRA Expo to present live demonstrations of your robots or robotic systems. Each Expo space is equipped with AC power plugs, a 55’’ display monitor, a table, chairs, and a board for displaying a poster.
- Best Demo Award: ICRA Expo will feature an Award for outstanding demos.
- Registration: A full registration to ICRA is required to participate in ICRA Expo.
Submission Details
- All the submissions must be made through PaperPlaza
- Submission is a single pdf file along with a short video. The pdf should contain the following details, and there is no specific format:
- Authors’ names
- Affiliation
- Abstract
- A description of your demo and some pictures of the demo environment
- Robot size
- Paper ID (if the demonstration is linked to an ICRA submission)
- Other information or additional requests
- Page limit is 20 pages
- There is no final submission (e.g., nothing to be included in the Proceedings for this)
- EXPO material will not go to IEEE Xplore
Important Dates
- Submissions Open: March 21, 2025
- Submission Deadline: April 18, 2025
- Notification of acceptance and demo space allocation: April 28, 2025
- Finalization of demo program and demo space allocation: May 1, 2025
