ICRA 2025 Workshops and Tutorials
Please see below a list of workshops and tutorials taking place on Monday 19 May 2025 and Friday 23 May, 2025. You can find more information on each session by clicking on the title. All workshops/tutorials will be full day unless otherwise stated. You will be able to book onto the workshops/tutorials once registration opens. If you have any questions please contact us.
Workshop and Tutorial Timing
Full-day workshops: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Half-day tutorials:
- Morning session: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Afternoon session: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Coffee and Lunch Breaks
Morning break: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon break: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Workshop/tutorial organizers are recommended to schedule their breaks within these time slots.
Please note: ICRA 2025 does not provide lunch during workshop days. The designated lunch break is from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
Poster Boards
Standard Size Poster Board size is 91” x 44.5” (width x height). This is the dimension of the board itself (where the posters will be adhered to). The average height of a board (including the legs) is approximately 6 feet high. Each board will have 2 posters side by side. The maximum dimensions of each poster cannot exceed: 45” x 44.5”
